Split, multi-head and ducted systems blowing warm air, leaking water or showing an error code, repaired for homes and businesses.
Find the fault, fix the fault
A fast callout is only half the job. If the diagnosis is wrong, you pay twice. Cody has around 15 years on residential, commercial and industrial equipment and finds the actual cause before replacing anything.
Commercial breakdowns are prioritised, because we know a failed cool room costs stock and trading. Priority and out-of-hours attendance can be arranged for commercial customers.

Fewer breakdowns start with servicing
Regular servicing picks up worn parts, dirty coils and refrigerant problems before they turn into a breakdown. For a business, a maintenance schedule costs far less than losing a cool room full of stock.

Do you offer 24/7 emergency refrigeration repairs?
We are not a 24/7 call centre. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm, and priority and out-of-hours attendance can be arranged for commercial customers. If something fails, call us and we will tell you honestly when we can be there.
How quickly can you get to a breakdown?
It depends on where you are and what is already booked, so we will not promise a time we cannot keep. Commercial refrigeration breakdowns are prioritised because of the stock at risk. Call us and we will give you an honest answer.
What should I do while I wait?
Keep cool room and freezer doors shut, move high-value stock to working refrigeration if you can, and take a photo of any error code on the display. For an air conditioner that is leaking or making unusual noises, switch it off at the controller.
Do you repair home air conditioners too?
Yes. We repair split, multi-head and ducted systems for homes across Echuca, Moama and the surrounding districts, as well as commercial equipment.
Are you licensed to work on refrigeration and air conditioning?
Yes. We hold ARCtick refrigerant handling authorisation AU066776 and NSW electrical licence 487485C, are fully insured, and complete electrical work to Australian standards with certificates of compliance issued where required.
